This post was brought to you by DownEast Basics.
DownEast Basics gave me a great sweater jacket to review & I have to admit, I’ve worn it every day since I’ve bought it. It’s made out of soft, hoodie-like material so it feels like I’m cozying up in my favorite hoodie, but it’s considerably more polished.
I’m particularly in love with the jewel tone of this coat. The product image on DownEast Basics’ site looks more cobalt, but the actual color has more indigo in it. That made a huge difference to me. I love the deep blue in this jacket!
Overall, I’m in love with this jacket. It’s not the kind of jacket I would wear when it’s below freezing outside, but it is surprisingly warm and perfect for this cooler fall weather. The fit is snug, so I would suggest going up a size if you plan on layering it with sweaters or cardigans underneath.
I love the pin dot skirt and the tea time skirt!!! How fun!
Cupid Cardigan. I would probably just pair it with jeans and (if I ever find a pair I love) some boots.
I love the Oh La La Overcoat!
I’m loving the “Your highness” dress!
Happy Birthday!
I’m loving the Oh La La coat with a pair of jeans and my fab new boots.
How can I pick one thing?? I love all of their stuff so much! The Oh La La Overcoat is probably my favorite. Happy Blog Birthday!
Lovin’ the Heirloom Cardi in Pumice Stone color and I would wear it with my Rock Star jeans.
I LOVE the sweater jacket you are wearing – definately my top pick. Now to just choose a color…
I love the Know when to fold them jacket. I think it is really cute and would look a lot better than the fleece jacket I wear almost everyday in the fall.
love the gray ballroom skirt. Would probobly wear it with a darker gray cardigan and gray and pink flats.
Happy Birthday ISLY!! Love the blog…you’re the coolest.
I liked the Infatuation Cardigan in Gunmetal or the Know When to Fold Jacket in Plantation. Either way I’d wear them with some skinnies (I definitely need some butt coverage when I wear those guys) and my comfy boots-my everyday uniform!
Heirloom Cardi or the Sequenced Tee…but they are all so cute! I would wear them with whatever I could!
Lovin the Countess Skirt/Dress! Thanks for the awesome giveaway! HBD to ISLY!
I love that jacket. I think it’s my pick too. It’s so hard to decide what to wear here in Central Illinois right now. It’s so cold in the morning, but not too bad by the afternoon. It looks like the perfect jacket for the kinda weather we’ve been having.
Heirloom cardi in Pumice Stone….I think it’d be so cute over this green 1960’s dress I found at a thrift store a few months ago!
i love the Your Highness dress! i think it’s so unique and adorable!!
I love the decorator tee and the hot to trot cord skirt.
oooooooooh i want to win this!! You look so cute!
I love the Oh La La trench. I’m in love with coats and blazers out of materials other then the norm. This fleece is the perfect cut and cozy and the same time! I would wear it with skinny jeans (cause the jacket would totally hide my wide hips and make me look extra slim) and boots. :)
Oh man, the Hot to Trot Cord Skirt OR the Know When to Fold Jacket OR the Union Jacket OR the Heirloom Cardi. Sheesh, lots of good stuff
Ooh la la overcoat in gunmetal. With a sweater dress, textured tights, and Frye boots. Thanks for the chance to win! & thanks for introducing me to this shop – great stuff at reasonable prices! xo.

I love the Heirloom Cardi! I could wear it to work with a cute pencil skirt! :D
The oh la la overcoat in gunmetal looks like so much fun. I’d wear it with a short skirt, tights and boots.
I like the Southern Belle top, with black skinny cords, gray boots, and a gray blazer. Probably a red or yellow flower pin.
I love the Frosted Flowers Cardigan in plum wine. I could wear it dressed up with a skirt or trousers, glam it up with some sparkle and dark jeans, or relax in it with some jeans and a simple long sleeved shirt underneath or tank top. It’s very versatile, keeping a playful bend.
I love the cascading skirt–it’s beautiful!
I love the Fall in Love Bag, I’d wear it with pretty much everything. I also think their kids line is really cute, they have some cute kid cardis.
love the coat you are wearing and i too would wear it everyday! I’d also wear their tall & trim jeans with everything in my wardrobe!
I’m moving somewhere colder next month, so I’d love the Infatuation Cardigan to layer with jeans and a long-sleeve t-shirt.
The Oh La La Overcoat – with jeans!
I LOVE the jacket… LOVE the color… LOVE everything about it!!!
Abstract skirt. It has a vintage feel to it, in both the print and the cut of the skirt. I would wear it with a cardigan, bold tights and boots now and a simple tee and flats in the spring.
Would make a great birthday gift for a sweet pea who will soon be 22.
So Cute! My friends all make fun of my hoodie collection so this would be a nice cozy alternative. I would pair it with comfy jeans.
I love the Oh La La Overcoat
In Potsdam NY it is ALWAYS
cold and I would could to pair
this with my skirts and tights
or a pair of skinny’s!
Heirloom cardigan with my jean skirt and brown boots.
Definitely the Oh La La overcoat. I would probably wear it every day with jeans and boots:)
The Perfect Peplum Jacket- Heather Grey!! I’d pair it with a long-sleeve shirt underneath & some skinny jeans, with either flats or boots :)
The Oh La La Overcoat in Gunmetal is sooo cute! I’d wear it with black skinny jeans and boots.
Oh it is just too hard to choose a favorite, all of it would make me look considerably better at morning drop-off :). Happy B-day!
I love the cascading skirt, just BEAUTIFUL! or that beautiful weaved top!
I had forgotten about DownEast! The ‘Know When to Fold’ jacket in Hawaiian Ocean blue is fabulous!!! I could wear that to my college class and then over a dress as well. Lovely, lovely clothing!
I can’t decide between one of the cardigans and your sweater coat. I love it.
