Bon Anniversaire + Giveaway

There is much cause for celebration today:
- First and most importantly, it’s my birthday!!!
- Second, it’s IS•LY’s 1st birthday!!!
- Third, it’s voting day!!!
I’ve been incredibly spoiled this last week with travelling, visiting family and friends, shopping with my mom and sisters, more shopping (sans Penelope), makeup, a haircut, delicious food and loads of candy. Many thanks to those that made my visit to Utah wonderful. I got even more spoiled when I came home last night to a new mattress (hooray for memory foam), bike shorts and my very own sewing scissors!
My point, I’ve been spoiled and I want to do a little something to celebrate. So, I’m giving away a few random treasures. . .
1. Miniature Ceramic Owl: I found this a while ago at a garage sale, and think it’s the cutest little thing I’ve ever seen. Owls are SO in right now. Won’t this look just adorable on a bookshelf or coffee table?
2. Baby Legwarmers: the perfect legwarmers for a baby 0-6 months
3. Stickers: two vinyl die-cut stickers perfect for a car window, binder or whatever else your heart desires
4. Handmade book: papercase with flap and made with handmade paper (I made the book, not the paper)

No fair! You knew I would want to comment and I’m not in the continental US . . . Oh well. If I were able to enter this giveaway, here’s what I would write:
Wow! I am not kidding when I say that on last Thursday, I was thinking, “That flowery wall sticker looks really cool. I’d love to have one of those in my room. I should contact Melissa, it makes me think of her.” Of course, the sticker I saw was enormous, but I’ve still always wanted another one of your cool stickers. I like #3! (And it wouldn’t be that hard to ship that one to Germany. It’s flat . . .)

Hey Melissa! happy Birthday. i knew it was in November but not the exact date. AND I was hoping to get together with you when you were here in Utah. But it looks like you are back in Cali. When are you coming next? I would love to see you. I miss ya! And I thought of you last week but it may be inapropriate on here so 2 words headlights and a bra. HEHE. Would love to hear from you!

Happy Birthday! And happy birthday to ISLY too! Maybe the next time you come to Utah you, Ronda and I can go to lunch and talk about our high school memories! This might sound weird but I’m putting my house together and I was thinking of you because you’re so creative. I have found myself at a bump in the road and am having a hard time with my creative juices. Any advise? Oh, and all the give a ways are sooo cute. Owls are the in thing, never saw that coming, cute though.
