This type of item is exactly the reason I wish I was better at it...it's an incredible find (and looks like it is of very high quality too!), that you would have a hard time finding new, or at the very least it would be quite expensive. But I have to say that my favourite part about it are the pockets!! Too often pockets on blazers are just decorative touches instead of functional! :) I really wish I had such great thrifting skills…instead I barely know where I can find a good thrift store in my city! I have a surplus of leather scraps from my local saddle and chaps maker (pretty easy to find if you live in a smallish town with a lot of agriculture). He's a great guy that let's me sort through his scrap bins. He charges me very reasonably and it's fun for me to see what he is working on. Yes, I will be making some. I love your leather work!
